Review manufacturing capabilities02 / Quality System
Quality review before production
nbfeiyu operates 20 production lines under an ISO 9001 quality management system. Incoming material inspection, in-process controls and final inspection are planned around the agreed manufacturing requirements.
First article inspection and inspection planning can be incorporated into the project review. During qualification discussions, buyers can identify their documentation and traceability requirements. nbfeiyu confirms what can be reviewed case by case for the agreed scope.
Review quality-control approach03 / Engineering Evidence
Engineering support for reviewable decisions
Engineering support includes DFM review, prototype development, CAD/CAM review and inspection planning. During the DFM review, buyers can identify their required manufacturing processes for review against the available product information before production begins.
Buyers can use the OEM and ODM workflow to frame the project stage, available drawings or specifications, required manufacturing processes and quality requirements for the initial review.
Review OEM and ODM workflow04 / Factory Audit
