A manufacturing story that began in 2001.
NBFEIYU began in Ningbo in 2001 by making aluminum wakeboard accessories for the U.S. market. From that manufacturing start, we have grown into an OEM/ODM partner for custom metal and plastic components and complete assemblies across industries. Our family manufacturing heritage keeps craftsmanship, quality and service connected to the way we manage projects.

The part is the starting point.
Material, geometry and the required finish determine how a component should be made. We connect machining with downstream operations, inspection and assembly requirements, so the manufacturing route supports the complete project.

Projects can combine machined parts, formed or welded structures, plastic components and surface finishing. Our role is to connect the required operations with the assembly and delivery plan. Each project review identifies what we make, what needs a specialist supply source and who controls the next step.

Some components are manufactured by NBFEIYU. Purchased standard parts and specialist processes complete the project where required. The drawing, bill of materials, agreed specifications and acceptance checks connect these sources to one assembly plan.

Keep the project moving.
Raw stock, stored components, work in process and finished goods have different control needs. We manage these as material-flow stages so parts can move from receipt and production into assembly and shipment.
These are storage and material-control stages; the sequence does not imply four separate buildings or departments.

out of control.
Externally supplied components enter our inspection and material-control workflow before assembly. The applicable checks depend on the part and the agreed project requirements. A supplier-delivered part must still meet the specification it was purchased against.

to a complete product.
Manufactured and purchased components come together at assembly. Work instructions, component preparation and the agreed assembly checks connect the bill of materials to the finished product.
Responsibility continues
through delivery.
Inspection criteria, assembly verification and any required functional tests are agreed for the project. Packaging then protects the product for handling and shipment. Our Ningbo location supports export coordination near Ningbo-Zhoushan Port.
