Yes. A project may combine CNC machining, fabrication, stamping, casting, surface treatment, assembly and final inspection depending on the drawing and production requirements.
How do I know which process is suitable for my part?
Send the drawing, material, quantity, tolerance, finish and application environment. Our engineering team can review whether machining, forming, casting, welding or finishing is the better route.
Can surface treatment and assembly be included?
Yes. Surface treatment, standard hardware sourcing, mechanical assembly, inspection and export packaging can be included when the project requires a more complete supply solution.
What files should I send for a manufacturing review?
Please send PDF drawings, STEP or STP files, DWG or DXF files, material notes, surface finish requirements, quantity and any inspection or packaging requirements.
Can NBFEIYU support prototype and repeat production?
Project feasibility depends on part geometry, tooling needs and quantity. We can review prototype, sample and repeat OEM production requirements before quotation.
How is quality controlled across different capabilities?
Quality control can include incoming material checks, first article inspection, in-process checks, dimensional inspection, surface review and final inspection before shipment.
