CNC Machined Shaft from Steel Bar to Finished Part
CNC Turning // Heat Treatment // Grinding for Industrial equipment, mobility hardware and power transmission assemblies.
Customer Requirement
A typical OEM project begins with drawing review, material confirmation, process route planning and inspection requirements.
Steel bar or alloy steel blank
Turned diameters, grooves and threaded features
Optional heat treatment and final grinding
Dimensional report for critical diameters
From Blank to Finished Component
The exact route depends on drawing, material and quantity, but the steps below show the manufacturing logic buyers can expect.
Raw Material Review
Steel bar is checked against the required grade, diameter and certificate before cutting.
Saw Cutting Blank
Bar stock is cut to controlled blank length with allowance for facing and machining.
CNC Turning
Outer diameters, shoulders, grooves, chamfers and threaded areas are machined according to drawing.
Heat Treatment if Required
Induction hardening, quenching and tempering or stress relief can be arranged based on wear or strength requirements.
Grinding and Finishing
Critical fit diameters can be ground after heat treatment for stable size and surface finish.
Final Inspection and Packing
Diameter, runout, thread, hardness and surface condition are checked before rust protection and export packaging.
