Engineers review 2D drawings, 3D files, weld symbols, tolerances and surface finish requirements before quotation.

Material Preparation

Material grade, thickness, certificate requirements and cutting plans are confirmed for the production batch.

Cutting & Forming

Laser cutting, saw cutting, bending and forming prepare parts for accurate weld fit-up.

Fixture Setup

Welding fixtures and datum points are checked to control alignment, repeatability and distortion.

Welding

MIG, TIG, spot, robotic or laser welding is selected according to material, geometry and production volume.

Grinding & Finishing

Weld beads, edges and appearance surfaces can be ground, deburred or prepared for coating.

Inspection

Surface Treatment
