Terms of Service

Welcome to Nbfeiyu. By accessing our website, requesting a quote, or placing an order for our CNC machining, injection molding, or other manufacturing services (collectively, "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of Nbfeiyu.

If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms.

Quotations: All price quotes provided by Nbfeiyu are based on the specific 2D/3D CAD data and technical specifications provided by the client. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.

Orders: A binding contract is formed only when a purchase order is accepted by Nbfeiyu in writing. We reserve the right to refuse any order that does not meet our technical feasibility standards or ethical guidelines.

Modifications: Any modifications to the design, material, or specifications after an order has been placed may result in adjustments to the price and delivery schedule.

We are committed to delivering precision components that meet ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards.

• Tolerances: Unless otherwise specified in technical drawings, we adhere to standard general tolerances (ISO 2768). Precision machining capabilities allow for tolerances up to ±0.005mm when explicitly agreed upon.
• Inspection: We conduct incoming material inspection, in-process quality control, and 100% final inspection before shipment.
• Sample Approval: For mass production orders, APPA samples are provided for client approval before full-scale manufacturing commences.

Client IP: You retain full ownership of all intellectual property rights in the designs, drawings, and specifications you provide to us. Nbfeiyu agrees to strictly maintain the confidentiality of your proprietary information and will not disclose it to third parties without consent.

Unless otherwise agreed in a specific Purchase Order:

• Tooling/Molds: 50% deposit upon order, 50% upon sample approval.
• Production Parts: 30% deposit with order, and the balance before shipment or against Bill of Lading copy, subject to credit approval.
• All payments shall be made in USD via bank transfer (T/T).

Nbfeiyu warrants that all parts will be manufactured in accordance with the agreed specifications and drawings.

Any claims regarding non-conforming parts must be made in writing within 10 days of receipt. Upon verification of the defect, our liability is limited to either replacing the non-conforming parts or refunding the purchase price of those specific parts. Nbfeiyu is not liable for consequential damages, lost profits, or additional machining costs incurred by the client.
